AMCAR - Anderson/Madison County Association of REALTORS Welcomes You!

The goal of AMCAR is to provide its members with the resources to conduct their business in an ethical and prosperous environment as well as provide the public the ability to locate a REALTOR from among our membership.

All or our members are REALTOR members and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics. All members are licensed with the State of Indiana and are members of the National Association of REALTORS and the Indiana Association of REALTORS. Members go through extensive training in order to be eligible to be called a REALTOR. Holding a real estate license is not a qualification to be a REALTOR.

Look for an agent who: is a member of the local association of REALTORS; one who explains and discloses agency relationships at your first meeting; advises you on how to prepare your home for the market; shows enthusiasm for your property, instills confidence, operates in a professional manner, and has a complimentary personality to yours.

Our Association shares our multiple listing service with the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORSŽ, which incorporates a nine county area. As a result, our members have access to a multitude of real estate information. Madison County is strategically located within the State of Indiana and is experiencing an economic growth as Interstate 69 runs through our county.
